Scout Media & Consulting ("Scout Media," "we," "us") is a small team of senior specialists in Fuquay-Varina, NC, doing web design, SEO, and marketing for Raleigh and the Triangle. When we say "the site," we mean scoutraleigh.com.
By using our site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, that is fine. You are free to leave, no hard feelings.
Our site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, but we are a small team building websites, not a legal compliance department. If you spot an error, let us know and we will fix it.

When you submit our contact form or email us, you are starting a conversation. That is it. Submitting a form does not create a contract, an obligation, or a client relationship. Those happen later, in writing, if we both decide to move forward.
We respond to inquiries within one business day. If we cannot help you, we will say so. We would rather be honest than waste your time.
If we work together, the terms of that engagement are covered by a separate agreement specific to your project. These website terms do not govern client relationships. The project agreement does.
Our site may link to third-party websites (Google, industry resources, tools we recommend). We link to them because we find them useful, not because we endorse everything they do. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or reliability.
We are a small web design company sharing helpful information on our website. Our blog posts, guides, and content are for general information. They are based on our real experience, but they are not a substitute for professional advice specific to your situation.
