Coaching in intimate areas like dating, marriage, and embodiment is different from legal or technical work. People arrive feeling vulnerable, looking for someone they can trust before they ever book a session.
The job was to design something that feels personal and warm while still reading as professional and credible. Warm without being cutesy. Personal without oversharing.
We centered the whole experience on trust. The palette leans into warm, open tones, the typography is approachable, and the content puts Maggie’s voice and philosophy first so potential clients feel like they already know her.
Everything is spacious and easy to move through, because someone considering this kind of work needs a calm space, not a sales pitch.
The design steps away from Scout’s usual sharper look on purpose. Soft tones, generous spacing, and gentle pacing give the page room to breathe and make the reader feel at ease.
The content order is intentional. It opens with how Maggie thinks about the work, then moves to the practical details once trust is established.
This project was built as a staging design and did not go live, but it stands as a strong portfolio piece. It shows Scout designing for an audience that values connection over credentials and warmth over polish.
It is a deliberate contrast to our legal and B2B work, and proof that the right design language changes completely with the audience.
