North Crest has a family living on-site, a 90-year history, and a two-story office the family built by hand from mostly recycled material. None of it was on the old website. We rebuilt the whole presence around what makes the park different, and wired it for how people actually search.
The live site, top to bottom. Built mobile-first and fully owned by the client.
North Crest has been family owned and operated since 1995, on a site that started back in 1935. The owners live on the property and answer the phone themselves, day or night. There is an underground storm shelter, quiet shaded lanes, and a two-story office the family built by hand from mostly recycled material. Almost none of that was on the website.
The old site was a 2018 build whose content had barely changed in years. It still told visitors to call “RV Park Mark” and said streaming was coming soon. Every bit of measurable search traffic landed on the homepage, and the other pages drew next to nothing. For the searches that matter most, like RV parks in Waco, the site sat on page two.
We rebuilt North Crest on a new design system: a full website of fourteen pages plus seven real articles, and a custom WordPress theme the owners run themselves. Installing it sets up every page, post, and setting in one step.
Everything that makes the park worth choosing is on the page now. The 1935 and 1995 history, the owners by name, the hand-built office, the storm shelter, the always-answered phone, and real guest reviews. The homepage finally says what it is: a family-owned Waco RV park and propane stop, run by the same family since 1995.
The audit was clear that the problem was alignment, not volume. The park’s real strengths were missing, the copy did not sound like the owners, and the older plan did not match the terms the site was actually close to winning. We fixed all three before writing a single new article.
We were strict about facts. Rather than ship plausible-sounding filler, we flagged every unconfirmed claim and built a checklist the owners reviewed line by line, then applied their answers across the site. Fabricated legacy reviews and invented statistics were replaced with the park’s real ones. The true story was the better story anyway.
Then we connected it. Internal links so the traffic that lands on the homepage flows to the pages that book stays, structured data that tells search engines this is a real campground with a founder and genuine reviews, and current dates that signal the site is alive.
North Crest now has a presence that matches the business: a fast, accessible, fact-checked site built on the experience and trust that search engines and AI answers reward. The trust signals that were invisible before are on every page now.
It launched with the technical details handled: priority loading on the main image, a stable layout, keyboard navigation, and visible updated dates. The site is aimed squarely at the Waco searches it already sat just behind, and at the local map listing it already ranks well in.
We learn your business and build the whole system around what makes it different. If your website is underselling your work, let's fix that.
