NSH makes custom disc golf gear for an enthusiast community. We rebuilt the store from the ground up so shipping, inventory, and customization finally work the way the business needs.
The live site, top to bottom. Built mobile-first and fully owned by the client.
NSH manufactures and sells custom disc golf products to a passionate, knowledgeable community. The old site sat on a platform that could not keep up. Shipping integrations were broken, inventory was tracked by hand, and the customization options did not really work.
The store was losing sales because the technical foundation could not support the business model. It needed a full rebuild on a platform that could handle the product complexity.
We migrated the whole store to WooCommerce with proper architecture for inventory, shipping, and product customization. The new site handles complex options like weight, color, and flight characteristics, with real inventory tracking and accurate shipping at checkout.
The design speaks the language of the disc golf community: real photography, flight references, and certification badges for credibility. The customization flow is clear, so customers understand their options without guessing, and the checkout is streamlined to keep orders moving.
The look is modern and technical with energy that suits the community, without getting in the way. The layout leans on product photography and specifications, because for this audience how a disc flies matters as much as how it looks.
Navigation follows real intent: browse by type, customize, check specs, read reviews. Mobile comes first, since plenty of this research happens out on the course.
The rebuilt store processes orders with accurate inventory and shipping, the customization flow works, and the experience matches what the community expects.
It is a foundation the business can grow on, instead of one it had already outgrown.
