The same company runs two distinct brands for two audiences. We built two web presences that feel separate by design and connected by strategy.
The live site, top to bottom. Built mobile-first and fully owned by the client.
The same business operates under two brand names, serving different audiences with different value propositions. The work was to create two separate web presences that stay strategically aligned while looking and sounding distinct.
We saw that as a signal. A company that understands brand positioning well enough to run two brands is sophisticated, and the web work needed to respect that.
We built two complete sites with their own visual identities, messaging, and positioning, while keeping the underlying business strategy tying them together. Each one serves its specific market cleanly.
That meant careful decisions about what lives on which brand, how to keep things consistent without confusing anyone, and how the business model supports running both.
Each brand carries its own identity and voice, matched to its market. Visitors immediately understand they are looking at two different brands, yet the relationship between them stays clear.
The strategic thinking is the real deliverable here. The design simply makes it legible.
The two sites give the business room to speak to two markets without diluting either one. Each brand stands on its own while the underlying company stays coherent.
This work shows Scout thinking about business strategy as seriously as visual design, which is rare for a project at this scale.
