The Challenge

Coaching in intimate topics (dating, marriage, embodiment) requires a different design language than legal or technical work. Clients are vulnerable, seeking someone they can trust. The site must build trust instantly through warmth and authenticity, not authority and polish. The challenge: design that feels personal and warm while maintaining professional credibility. Warm without being cutesy. Personal without oversharing.

What We Did

A site that centers trust and warmth. Color palette uses warm tones that evoke safety and openness. Typography is approachable but thoughtful. Content focuses on Maggie’s philosophy and approach—helping potential clients understand what they’re getting into.

The design emphasizes Maggie’s voice and presence. This is about connection, not credentials. Potential clients need to feel like they already know her before booking a session.

Design Approach

Warm color palette (compared to Scout’s typical brand). Serif typography for approachability in a traditionally formal medium. The layout is spacious and breathing—this is a calm space, not a transaction.

Content structure leads with Maggie’s philosophy, then moves to practical details. The message: I understand what you’re going through, and here’s how I help.

The Results

The design and site architecture demonstrate Scout’s capability in the wellness/coaching vertical—a completely different aesthetic and positioning approach than legal or e-commerce work.
